Additional Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Applicable to all MTP Consulting Group-sponsored events and partner activities.

Version: September 2025

By paying the related sponsorship invoice, the sponsor agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Sponsorship Confirmation

Payment of the invoice confirms the sponsor’s participation in the selected sponsorship tier as outlined in the respective event’s sponsor brochure or media pack.

  2. Use of Logo and Brand Assets

By paying the invoice, the sponsor grants MTP Consulting Group and its co-organizers the non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use the sponsor’s name, logo, and submitted materials in all promotional assets related to the event. This may include social media, print and digital materials, signage, web listings, and email communications.

Sponsors must provide high-resolution logo files and required assets by the deadlines provided. Delayed or missing assets may result in reduced exposure without adjustment of fees.

  3. Payment Terms

    • Full payment is required prior to the event and prior to any publication of sponsor branding or benefits.

    • No sponsor logo, brand name, or promotional content will be published until payment has been received in full.

    • By paying the invoice, the sponsor agrees to all terms stated in this document — no additional signature is required.

  4. Non-Refundable Sponsorship

All sponsorship payments are non-refundable, unless the event is fully cancelled by MTP Consulting Group. In such a case, paid sponsorships may be refunded or transferred to a rescheduled date or similar future event, at the organizer’s discretion.

  5. Sponsor Visibility & Benefits

Sponsorship visibility, speaking opportunities, and other deliverables are based on the tier selected and defined in the respective sponsor brochure. While MTP Consulting Group will make every reasonable effort to fulfill all benefits, final placements and designs are subject to editorial and logistical discretion.

  6. Professional Conduct

All sponsors are expected to conduct themselves professionally during all event-related activities. Organizers reserve the right to withhold benefits or remove brand visibility if a sponsor engages in behavior that may negatively impact the event, its attendees, or the reputation of the organizers.

  7. Liability Disclaimer

MTP Consulting Group and its event partners are not liable for:

    • Technical or venue-related issues beyond their control

    • Changes in attendance or event format

    • Indirect or consequential damages related to the sponsorship

This document does not constitute a formal legal contract but serves as a mutual understanding and business agreement.

  8. Jurisdiction

This sponsorship relationship is governed by the principles of fair commercial collaboration. In the unlikely case of a dispute, jurisdiction lies with the registered business location of MTP Consulting Group (Nevada, USA).
